Our photos are so crisp that we upload the individual photos in addition to your customized strips to our site so that you can order, share, or download each one.


What region do you service?

     Our service area includes, but is not limited to: Memphis, TN, West Memphis, AR, North Mississippi, Shelby County, TN, Crittenden County, AR, DeSoto County, MS, Tate County, MS, Lafayette County, MS, Panola County, MS, Marshal County, MS, and Tunica County, MS. The photo booth rental includes free delivery up to 30 miles (60 miles round trip).


Do you offer different rental packages?

     Yes! We have 4 booth options to choose from. Rental rates are determined by the number of hours the photo booth will be in use (2 hour minimum).


Do you require a deposit to rent a photo booth?

     Yes. Half of the total amount due is required to reserve the photo booth. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.


How far in advance should I book my photo booth?

     All photo booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Popular dates have sold out as far in advance as six months.


Do you book last minute events?

     Yes! Just give us a call to check our availability!


Can the photo strips be customized?

     Yes! Get creative with logos, text, colors, and graphics to put a personal touch on your prints.


Is there a limit to the number of photos / sessions that can be taken at my event?

     No, unlimited sessions are included with each rental.


Do you have any social media features?

     We do! You can share your your photos on social media from inside the Pic Pod at no additional charge. The stand alone social media kiosk allows guests to scroll through photos taken at the event and share from the kiosk. This provides for a more fluid crowd flow at large events.


What kind of props do you bring? Can I bring my own?

     We’ll bring hats, glasses, silly lips and mustaches, and much more for you and your guests to pose with. Feel free to add your own into the mix!


How many people fit inside the photobooth?

     You can pile up to 8 of your friends into the Pic Pod. Our Classic Booth fits 5 to 6 and we can always pull the curtain back to fit in even more. Our Open Air booth is (of course) open and you can fit up to 20 people into the frame.


Does the photo booth have a bench for people to sit on?

     The Pic Pod is a standing booth. However we do bring along 2 stools for the Classic Booth.


How does the scrapbook work?

     With this option, a 12″ x 12″ scrapbook and supplies are provided for your guests to leave a copy of their pictures along with a personal message. This special keepsake is perfect for weddings and birthday parties.


Does an attendant come with the photo abooth rental?

     Yes, an on-site attendant will accompany your photo booth for the full duration of your rental. Our attendants are friendly, professional, and always dressed appropriately. They are our secret to a worry-free experience!


Can I get two copies of each photo strip?

     Yes. When you choose the traditional photo strip layout, each guest will receive two printed copies.


Does the photo booth print the pictures? How long does it take to print?

     Yes! The photo booth prints pictures instantly at your event. It’s pretty quick too! Only takes 8 to 12 seconds!


Do you charge for set up and break down time?

     No. We only charge for hours that the booth is in operation.


How do the photos look so good?

     Our photo booths come equipped with a professional DSLR camera and a studio flash lighting system. The quality of our photos is unmatched!


Can I brand the Pic Pod?

     Absolutely! Our photo booth is a blank slate for your branding – the photo booth’s exterior, background, photo strips, welcome screen, and slideshow monitor can all be customized with logos, text, and other graphics. We’re here to share your message in an interactive new way.


My venue requires insurance – do you carry liability insurance?

     Yes, we have a general liability insurance policy.


What are the electrical requirements for operating the photo booth at my event?

     One 15 AMP outlet is all that is needed to get the party started.


How big is the Pic Pod?

     The Pic Pod is 8 ft. high and takes up 8 x 5 ft. of floor space.


How much floor space is needed?

     A 10 x 10 ft. space is ideal for events with props and/or a scrapbook.
